Where and when can I bring my art-work for the exhibition?
а) To the exhibition venue: June 29, 2024, from 12.00 to 17.00 (from 12PM to 5PM);
б) To the office of the organizing committee: Moscow, Kievskaya st., 2, 4th floor, office "Union of Artists", till June 26, 2024
Opening hours: weekdays 10:00-22:00 (10AM-10PM)
Forms of participation
The author’s works are presented at the exhibition as follows:
1) Original works of the author;
2) Author’s giclee;
3) Photocopies: The Organizing Committee prints the photos you send and places them at the exhibition as follows:
- in an Art Book (A3);
- in frame (40*650 cm)
- on the foamboard (A0, A1, A2, A3, A4);
- canvas on a subframe (formats A2, A1, A0) (after the end of the exhibition, the author can receive a canvas on a subframe for free).
SEQUENCE OF REGISTRATION
Please prepare photos of the contest works, file size - up to 20MB. to be sent forthe contest. Both offline and online participants send the same set of materials.
Sequence of registration:
1) The author sends the registration materials and photos of the contest works to the Organizing Committee (fill out the forms in the section "Registration");
2) The organizing committee look through the received materials and sends a link for paying the participation fee (the link offers several ways of payment);
3) After paying send a copy or a screenshot (e-mail: info@emotionsfestival.com );
4) The organizing committee sends the final confirmation of the author’s participation in the competition program.

Sale of works
Offline works (originals, giclee): All works can be sold at the price indicated by the author during registration.
Online works, photocopies: If customers wish to purchase works, the author must be able to provide the original work within 5 working days.
Commission
The commission for works sold at the exhibition is 20%. The terms of the commission are limited to the dates of the exhibition, that is, the Organizing Committee retains the commission only if the work is sold during the exhibition.
REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (for BOTH offline and online participants):
To register art objects for the competition program, the authors send the necessary materials to the organizing committee (section "REGISTRATION"). Photo images of the works shouldn't be less than 200 dpi or less than 600 pixels on the lower side and should be in .JPEG or .JPG, in RGB mode, file size: from 1 to 20 MB. Only trademarks and authorship signatures are allowed on images.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (for online/remote participants):
After registration the organizing committee prints the submitted files and places photocopies of the contest art objects in the exhibition. Choose which way you want your works to be presented at the exhibition - in an art book, in a frame or on a foamboard. One file should contain one work. At the end of the exhibition the organizing committee sends the diplomas of the participant or winner by e-mail (and be mail - at the request).
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (for offline participants):
After sending the registration materials, paying and receiveng the confirmation from the organizing committee, the participants submit their works to the exhibition.
All works must be prepared for display on vertical stands and:
a) Have hooks, hinges or eyelets for hanging
b) Have a rigid base (passepartout, frame, subframe, etc.)
It is necessary to pay special attention to the strength of hinges and eyelets.
Together with the art object provided for the exhibition, the applicant must provide the transfer card, which will be the basis for the subsequent issuance of competition works, at the end of the exhibition (download in Word, PDF).
At the end of the exhibition, the art objects are returned on the closing day.
THE EXPERT COUNCIL (JURY)
The Expert Council (jury) is formed to assess the competitive works. The Expert Council consists of the following professional groups:
a) Members of artistic unions and associations;
b) Representatives of specialized media;
c) representatives of production companies;
r) art critics.
The work of the Expert Council (jury) includes the assessment of the art objects submitted to the competition on a 10-point system.
The scores are summed up and on the basis of the arithmetic average the winners are determined.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND AWARDS
At the end of the exhibition, all participants receive diplomas of the participant (the number of diplomas corresponds to the number of works). All participants receive diplomas in electronic and (at the request) paper form.
CATALOG
All participants are published in full color catalogue. The catalog is available in both Russian and English.
AUTHOR SIGNATURES AND MARKS
A signature, stamp or any other identifying sign of authorship may be used anywhere in the image. Subsequently, competitive images are published with copyright distinctive signs. Inscriptions with the names of art objects on the front side are not allowed.
USE OF PHOTOS OF WORKS AND AUTHOR’S NAME
Copyright and all other rights remain with the author. In the event that art objects are provided for the competition by the representative of the author (producer), the responsibility for the authorship lies with the applicant. The Organizing Committee has the right to use the name (alias) and photo images of art objects participating in the competition and exhibition in order to promote and popularize international projects organized by the World Arts Foundation, and non-commercial use as illustration and publication in the media. All participants understand that any image submitted to the competition can be used by the project for marketing and promotional purposes, including non-commercial publication in any media such as exhibitions, print and digital media. The author (the applicant) also agrees to the inclusion of their photos and the photoes of their works in the exhibition catalog.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for art objects and their photo images provided in violation of the competition rules or for those who violate copyright, as in this case the person applying for participation in the competition program (applicant) is responsible.
AUTHOR’S CONSENT TO THE NEWSLETTER
Each author gives consent to the inclusion of his phone and e-mail in the free newsletters notifying about the project in Russia and abroad.
